Go Daddy sux got off on technicality

Judge was an *** but he ALREADY spoke to go Daddy they have been making it difficult for me to rarn a living. And skate on BS technically and never even called to try to remedy problem. People stay away from Go Daddy they're all about the money.

Overcharged and on top they sold me a service I didn't need

After having problems with the website builder that was being replaced by them, with a new platform, I was informed that basically my website was obsolete, and it was not possible to migrate the content to the new platform. This same costumer service representative took the chance and sold me a premium plan for 5 years with features I didn't need and for 25% more that was advertised in their home page. I just realize what happened, they just told me that 3 months is a long time, and they will not change my plan or give me any refund. I lost my investment in my first website + It was down for 2 weeks while I was paying google for noting and I had to sit down a few hours to build a new one.

User's recommendation: don't trust costumer service, they only want to sell you something.

Disappointed customer - Complaint about service

My SSL expired and I renewed it in a chat with Godaddy India. Yesterday I spent 1,5 hour with a consultant to supposedly make it work again after a 1 day off subscription. After that my website forward was still not working. So today again I contacted Godaddy chat India "Amjed K" and "Mustafa" on the chat account "Vishal A". They told the work hadn't been done rightly yesterday. So I again spent 2 hours with 2 different consultants and no help to get... when I was not happy with their service they refused to end the conversation. So I cant give feedback. I guess this is the normal strategy, to not give chance to give feedback when people are not happy with their service. A disappointed customer. Dan Agervig Hansen

Does GoDaddy Hate Half the Country?

As a customer of GoDaddy, I am truly disappointed with your recent decision to shut Prolifewhistleblower.com down due in part to the fact that it makes me question whether or not you are willing and open to displaying hatred toward 60% of the citizens living in this country. I urge you as an impactful leader at GoDaddy today, do everything possible within your power so that people like myself who have been loyal customers for many years will never need to worry about being randomly blacklisted on our website hosting service just because we happened to support something different than what is popular right now politically speaking.

We would like to serve court documents to Go Daddy via fax is possible ? It is a game played by your employees against us the consumer, we want a full refund and access to our files and property that we've paid for.

I have been a customer of GoDaddy for well over 15 years. There was a time when I would've recommended the company, but not anymore. GoDaddy is now in the domain squatting business. Keep in mind that I'm not talking about the choicest top level domains like Dogs DotCom...

Account issues

I need to find out if i had any choice regarding Microsoft 365. I do not want it. How do I cancel it and return to workspace email????? There is no help on line on that subject and the phone numbers provided don't even ring. This used to be a customer friendly co. I will be canceling.

Delayed refund of SEO services

GoDaddy sales for SEO service quite different from the contractor department who performs their SEO. Most conversations with SEO management were strained and approach to SEO contrast to others in SEO industry. I terminated SEO service contract after 1st draft and have only received delays from SEO since. GoDaddy customer service not equipped to address SEO difficulties. I can't believe they exist

There is absolutely NO customer service. I unfortunately have been dragged into this shocking company by my son's company. Some imbecile I spoke to last night said my son's company was being hosted by the domain GATOR HOST, not GoDaddy. GoDaddy has totally reformatted my Microsoft Outlook -All my folders are gone and replaced by Office. I have spent no short than 2.5 hrs to get through to 3 customer "service" agents who were as helpful as a fly!!!

Terrible customer service

I was told that my services could not be renewed unless I update my (new) credit card information. I wrote them and told them that I do not wish to update credit card info, and to cancel my services. They told me I had to do that thru my portal. Couldnt log into my portal without providing a drivers license photo. I asked them why; they dont know what I look like now - what good is a photo Id going to do? And it would only be a picture of my drivers license or would it? Im pretty good with PhotoShop.

A complaint about your customer service

My email account was hacked last week. I havent had access to my business email account for days now, and the goDaddy customer service keeps giving me the runaround.

User's recommendation: Don’t use goDaddy. They have the worst customer support!
