GoDaddy over-promised and under delivered. They promised a great website design experience.
What I received was a dreadful project manager who refused to be flexible, mislaid the images I sent to her in the GoDaddy system, and had a strong passive aggressive streak. When I saw the draft of the website, it included none of my images, and was amateurish to state it mildly. The website was unusable. I was still not allowed to speak to the designer.
GoDaddy has refused to refund the money that was paid up front. If you are planning to work with GoDaddy to build a website, DONT! You will regret it. Emails to the CEO and the Customer experience executive remain unanswered.
When you call GoDaddy they indicate they want you to have a great customer experience, but this is an absolute lie. They do not care about their customers.

No technical service
Worst service ever
I bought a domain and an email address from Go Daddy on Wednesday. One day later my account was blocked for no reason.
For 5 days I have been calling for technical support, I talked to 5 different persons and no one was able to solve my issue. I have been told to wait for Monday UK time for the IT person to contact me. I was surprised becuase they advertise it as 24/7 support service! They claim to be a dlobla service while they answer the phone just to tell you wait for the UK office to open.
Monday receiving no call, I contact them again, and the person on the phone told me Someone alse is scheduled to call you so I can do nothing for you, you just need to wait for his call.
My store launching was due 4 days ago and I am blocked because no one is able to solve my issue. When I asked for a refund I was told it's not possible because we can't access the account.
