Constant annoying view-blocking "hi there..." pop-ups!

Set up my website years ago through GoDaddy when they were considerate and helpful. Today they clearly lack those employees. I can no longer call with a problem I may occasionally have as I'm sure to experience an impolite tech who takes more time shuffling through references in order to answer my query, than he/she does to solve it! Then there are those wanna-be desperates who in the early morning hours find it gratifying to agitate customers working on their websites by displaying constant annoying and view-blocking "hi there..." pop-ups!!! The only way to dismiss them is to logout completely! For this I am paying a large price tag. Now searching for their replacement.

No Response from godaddy

I have been faceing the email issued from last 2 month but godaddy customer support never resolved my issued as well. now i am fully frusted with godaddy services kindly contact me and listen to my 2 month frusted journey if godaddy not resolved my issued for my last word i commit to sucide.

I did not pen a "Pissed Customer" review. I did respond to this e-mail because I had such a great experience. Don't mistake me responding to this e-mail as a complaint. Your software just got a little misdirected,,, and I see it is still on the wrong track. I love Godaddy, and although I have just erected my new sites after about ten years, I have always depended on and enjoyed the access to this beautiful company. I love making websites and have used a lot of software, but hands down Godaddy is the best in tolls and customer service. Now somebody stop this crazy train. I did not complain about anything.

This is the worst company to ever trust your business with. They took down my website,urls that had never been used and worst of all my business emails.

They charged me for a list of products, then cancelled them without an explanation. I called 13 times and sent 14 emails with no explanation. When I call the customer service says they don't know, I must email, and only they can tell me why. The worst part is as a business owner you and your staff's emails are connected to so many accounts and clients, but GoDaddy is so greedy for money, they don't care who their careless actions hurt. They also locked me out of my accounts, so I can't remove my credit card information. After weeks, they are still charging my card.

Tired to wait at the customer service for help

Fraud concern

I called GoDaddy rep after receiving an email stating my WordPress website has been attacked/breached, but that this in no way was on GoDaddy's end. It was a WordPress issue. I questioned the rep about this issue in great detail, (listen to my call). The kept going around in circles as I questioned him. Then prior to ending the call, the rep tried to state I should buy additional GD security protection, really. Again, the issue is on my end according to the rep. A week later I receive another email from GoDaddy. It states that the issue is on your end affecting your servers where you host multiple WordPress Websites. Great, the truth. But, my issue is that I wasn't being told the truth, yet your rep still tried to upsell me about more security. This is not an acceptable way to do business. Please send me the phone call audio or you can wait til my attorney makes contact with this request. Something needs to be done here as I was almost frauded in buying additional services under a pretext lie. Please advise..

2 Days of inability to get a rep on the phone in less than an hour.

Chat Bot also had a 68 minute wait time. Look elsewhere. Phone system could not validate my customer number, then over 1 hour wait time to get a rep on the line.

My hosting got suspended by goddady because there where some erros logs that appear after I paid them a migration website, and those logs they said where taking to much space. Now I been for weeks calling and trying to make it work and enter FTP and all takes hours at the phone and still no resolution

ability to make contact with the company by phone. Total confusion on how their new website design works. It is no longer user-friendly. Having to click on a link to cancel a domain simply to turn off their auto-renew.

Make sure you don't purchase under the abc.us the .us is not private and go daddy publishes ALL your info and hundreds of scammers will have your name phone number etc and they will call you 24/7.

They started calling me at 6 am the day after Thanksgiving. They text and call nonstop.

They leave messages with just breathing. If you try to call the number back it has been changed or is no longer in service. Go daddy knows this will happen to you but does not warn you and your info is out on the internet for them all to continue to stalk you. They are scammers and go daddy's responds in oh well eventually they will stop.

One person from Think Surf Media, from india, says he's registered in Texas but it isn't registered in texas. Its all a scam and godaddy.com posts your info so you will get scammed and they don't care. They won't help you at all. I just wonder how many people have been scammed and if godaddy gets kickbacks from the money they steal from innocent people.

Please be aware so you don't get scammed, I wouldn't use anyone connected to go daddy to help with marketing, web design or any other services.

Use someone reputable, so you don't get ripped off. Good Luck people.
